Review Baron’s Court Theatre with Kim Arnold

Not really knowing what to expect from this evening I sat in the audience with some trepidation.  Theatre lights down and the theme to Bewitched blared out,   already this bought a smile to people’s faces, I had a feeling we were in for a treat!  Having been to many psychic nights, and to be honest, been bored with the clairvoyant focusing on to few people during the evening, Kim Arnold’s event was about to change the face of boring psychic events (in my opinion) forever!

After a brief explanation as to how the show was born and how Tarot cards work, she used her extensive knowledge to dispel tarot myths and put the audience at ease with her insight in to these amazing tools.

During the evening Kim asked the audience to randomly pull a card from her tarot deck and she gave one person after the other accurate insight in to pressing issues.   Each reading lasted a couple of minutes, but the genius of this event, was not just listening to other readings and her guidance through the cards, but how it was interspersed with the most hilarious true life stories, from her time as a high flyer working in the City to changing her life and following her destiny, which apparently took her to Margate which told in a way only Kim can tell em, caused huge laughter!

Much of Kim’s event was peppered with funny stories, she is an absolute natural when interacting with the audience, particularly as she took us through her journey once she opened her New Age shop many years ago, apparently having no idea the Church would take umbrage, however, 15 years of stories including many which included priests, pastors, vicar’s and reverends made this a funny and entertaining night.

We left not only feeling light and happy but our brief readings left us inspired to know we can change our destiny and not be afraid of change.  As Kim said, ‘Is This It’ well, I hope not, it has been a great entertaining and informative evening!
